1. IMPORTANT MEDICAL INFORMATION:
   By booking a photo shoot session, you understand that your baby needs to have completed some form of baby swimming program (either through a swim school or by following an educational guide) including FREE submersions (letting go of baby briefly underwater) and MUST BE FIT enough (ie. have sufficient respiratory strength through prior training) to handle a minimum of 6 submersions in a half an hour period. h2obabies reserves the right to cut the session short should your baby not be fit enough to complete it. If you have any concerns about your baby's fitness for the shoot, please contact us on 01276 502515.
   
2. By booking a photo shoot session, you are giving permission for h2o babies to photograph you, your baby, and other family members that attend the shoot.
3. Changes to shoot dates/times cannot be made unless in exceptional circumstances. Please be certain that you are available to make the session chosen prior to booking. We can only offer refunds where a cancellation is made within 72 hours of the shoot date, and this is subject to us being able to fill the space. Refunds are not available for no-shows at shoots, or where a shoot has been attended.
4. Child Protection: h2o babies recommends that you have your baby photographed with some form of swimwear/outfit. (For babies over the age of 1 year, this is mandatory). If you would prefer your baby photographed unclothed for a more natural feel, we would advise you that this is done at your responsibility h2o babies reserves the right to delete any photographs deemed unsuitable for printing.
5. You agree that the photographs taken at the photo shoot session will be uploaded into password protected galleries on the h2o babies website.
6. You agree not to give this password to third parties. If you wish to show your images to other family members/friends, please download the images to your computer and send via email
7. h2o babies retains all copyright on images taken at photo shoot sessions. We will never make use of images for promotional purposes, or sell images to third parties without express permission from the models/guardians concerned.

1. Only images of your own baby/children are permitted to be ordered. We cannot accept joint orders to make up package deals.

2. h2o babies cannot accept responsibility for any print or display option chosen in error. The customer must be certain of the decision to order any particular print or photo art option prior to payment.

3. Delivery Information:
   a) Delivery Address: Please ensure that the correct delivery address is provided when purchasing items. Once orders have been sent to suppliers for dispatch, we are unable to change delivery address or instructions.
   b) Prints are sent using Recorded Delivery. If you are not available to sign for the package, a note will be left advising you of your nearest Post Office where you can collect the package, or to call to arrange redelivery. Please note that if the prints are not collected within 7 days, they will be returned to our offices and you will be charged an additional postage fee for them to be sent again.
   
4. In the event of a print or photo art option arriving at destination damaged or faulty, we will provide replacement copy/copies for no extra charge.
5. Prints are guaranteed for 28 days from date of delivery. If any fault develops with the print within this timescale that is not due to normal wear and tear or customer fault, we are happy to offer a replacement print.
6. h2o babies cannot be held responsible for the deterioration of prints or photo art options over time. Our processes are of the highest standard, and under normal environmental conditions, prints should have a lifespan of up to 75 years. Adverse atmospheric conditions and storage can affect the quality of prints and photo art options. h2o babies takes no responsibility for the deterioration of prints other than within the 28-day guarantee.
